Patient Portal

 

As a patient of Huron Gastro, we are pleased to bring you the Medfusion Patient Portal. Becoming a registered member of the patient portal enables you to perform a number of online tasks 24-hours a day.

These Include:

  • Request appointments
  • Receive your prep instructions
  • Request prescription refills
  • Ask non-urgent questions of providers and staff
  • Pay your bill
  • Send and receive documents to/from our practice, i.e. non-urgent test results

To Create an Account

Please contact us at (734) 434-6262 or click here: "Contact Us" and send a short message that reads “Requesting an invitation to create an account." You will then receive an invitation by email, which will allow you to create a portal account. 

Please keep in mind we will use your portal account as the primary method of secure communication (e.g. preparation instructions, lab and pathology result follow-up etc.).

If you have previously set up an account with us, you can log in without contacting our office.
Should you need assistance with your username and/or password, click on the "I forgot my user name and/or password" link.)

Once registered, please set your email configurations to allow email from Huron Gastro and Medfusion, otherwise, our emails could land in your junk or spam folders. You may want to contact your internet service provider (ISP) should you experience any difficulty with receiving emails from these domain names.
